Sheila, always felt a strong sense of family within her community. Not being able to let go of the strong values and even stronger relationships she had acquired, Sheila was never able to venture too far from those she called family.

Sheila is now raising a family of her own in a community she calls home. After years of making life-long friendships and countless memories, she decided she would like to give back to her community.

Completing a lifelong dream of opening her very own frozen yogurt shop, in the middle of Arlington Heights, Berry Yo was founded by Sheila and her brothers (Mick and Jim), long-time residents of the Northwest Suburbs and proud Hersey High School alumni.

With a lifetime of food service experience, their dream was to build more than just a frozen yogurt shop, they wanted to create a community hub full of joy, flavor, and connection.

Now their dream has become a reality, and Berry Yo is supplying the community with sweet treats and even sweeter service.

Many years later, Berry Yo remains a local staple, where guests are treated like family and every scoop is served with a smile.
